Menopause is a normal condition that all women experience as they age. The term “menopause” is commonly used to describe any of the changes a woman experiences either just before or after she stops menstruating, marking the end of her reproductive period.

During menopause a woman’s body is changing. Many women sail through menopause without any problems. A lot of women have tried to find some medicines to relieve their menopause symptoms but sometimes they have had absolutely no effect on them and instead they then turn their attentions to herbal remedies.

Some women have luck with vitamins. It seems that vitamin E is able to help women with hot flashes but they should not use it to combat menopause symptoms. Red clover is now being used widely to combat menopause symptoms. Red clover contains a hormone-like substance and this has been known to help curb some of the symptoms.
